Canon & Rare offer a guarantee to our buyers, that all items purchased from us are exactly as described. If you are not entirely satisfied an item may be returned to us for a full refund if we are notified within 14 days. Refunds are limited to the original purchase price, including initial delivery costs. In all cases books and artwork must be repacked in their original packaging to be shipped back.

 

If the purchased item(s) has not arrived with you after 10 days of date of order, please contact us via info@canonandrare.com. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), you will receive an email notification to confirm receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned items. Monies will be refunded using the same method by which you paid the original order.

 

In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

The item(s) should be returned to Canon & Rare in the exact state that they were initially delivered. Canon & Rare will cover the cost of the return of any items that have arrived not as described on our website. For all other items, the customer is expected to deliver the item(s) back to us at their own expense.

All values quoted are the prices you pay, VAT or artists royalty will not be charged as extra. Delivery charges are not included in the price advertised and may be charged separately as appropriate. We can provide estimates for overseas deliveries. Payment may be made by Credit Card, Debit Card or bank transfer. Items will only be released after funds have cleared.
