Description
 
This has always been a sought after image of Lowry's work. Not the largest painting, which can be advantageous. In it Lowry managed to capture the complexity of several individuals each their own and at the same time a part of one unit.

Printed in Vienna, Austria by Max Jaffe, an excellent printer of the highest quality used for many of Sir William Russell Flint's publications.

One of the few examples signed in blue biro and which remains unfaded. The majority of the 850 edition were signed by Lowry in pencil. Examples of the biro signature in this condition are scarce indeed.
Likewise the colours are unfaded and remain vibrant. An excellent impression, in near fine or better condition.
Housed in an original 1970s wooden frame, measuring, 45x40 cm.
